With over 20 years of experience in the entertainment and events industry, Nikki has cultivated a vast network of partnerships nationwide. Her experience includes roles with the Miami Heat, Denver Broncos, and leading VIP events for top artists like the Rolling Stones, U2, and Paul McCartney. A Johnson & Wales University alumna, she’s boosted fundraising at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and managed high-profile bookings at the Colorado Convention Center. She planned, produced, and executed some of Denver's largest social events including the Westword Music Showcase, a 20K+ attended annual music festival for Voice Media Group and Denver Westword.
Nikki’s specialty lies in creating memorable brand campaigns and orchestrating large-scale events within the entertainment and events industry. Her expertise includes partnership cultivation, event management for high-profile artists and sports teams, and driving significant fundraising efforts. Additionally, she has a strong background in sales and marketing, particularly in promoting venues and directing social events. Nikki is able to understand the needs of brands and build campaigns that relate to the end consumer, resulting in direct sales and ROI.
With nearly 10 years of data analytics and event management experience, Madison has excelled in many industries. She comes from the legal sector, specifically trial consulting, where she has contributed significantly to her company's growth. She merged her passion for psychology with her natural ability to simplify intricate principles, enabling effective communication with juries. With Madison's skills, she was brought on to Eclectic Activation to spearhead the data analytics initiative of collecting comprehensive data and providing actionable steps for clients. In addition to managing key accounts such as Enhanced Health, CommonSpirit, and Sierra Nevada, Madison also plays a crucial role in Eclectic Activation's partnership with Levitt Pavilion Denver.
With over 10 years of expertise in events and hospitality, Claire boasts a rich background in event management and marketing. Starting at Johnson & Wales University, Claire's passion for capturing memorable experiences led her to found the university photography club. She continued this passion by diving into fashion shows, studio shoots, and event photography. Transitioning to digital marketing at Golin and Weber Shandwick, Claire lead campaigns for luxury and tech giants like FIJI Water, Rolex, and TI, fostering her strategic acumen in social media management and tailored content creation. Returning to Colorado as an Event Manager at the Colorado Convention Center, Claire orchestrated seamless experiences for a diverse range of events, from international conventions of over 50K+ attendees to corporate gatherings for 20 people. Now part of the Eclectic Activation team, Claire manages all internal and client marketing endeavors while transitioning into project leadership roles and account management as needed.
With over 14 years of experience in marketing, Jenny has cultivated a versatile skill set uniquely suited to diverse sectors, spanning non-profit, tech, events, food & beverage, and startups. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered innovative marketing solutions that drive engagement and achieve measurable results. Jenny's expertise extends to crafting and communicating brand messaging, launching new products and programs, and directing successful public relations efforts across paid and earned media channels. Jenny excels in leading budget management, mentoring teams, driving impactful press outreach, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, significantly contributing to company growth and brand visibility. Her journey intersects with Nikki's previously during their time at Westword’s marketing department, and fate brought them together once more when Jenny sought to reenter the events industry. After providing invaluable support to the Eclectic Activation team across various events, Jenny recently assumed the role of spearheading Creative Partnerships for Levitt Pavilion, showcasing her knack for forging meaningful collaborations and driving impactful initiatives.
With a keen focus on consumer engagement, Erika designs events that resonate with the target audience to foster meaningful connections and brand loyalty. Her passion for orchestrating memorable experiences led her to assume the role of Event and Facilities Coordinator for SUNY Brockport in New York immediately upon graduation, where she laid the foundation for her career. Erika relocated to Colorado in 2021 to continue her career working at Major Sports venues for large scale events in the food & beverage department, coordinating VIP events for touring shows such as Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, and Monster Jam. Erika joined Eclectic Activation in 2021, where her expertise shines in strategic planning, logistics and client management. She currently oversees a diverse portfolio of accounts, including the Colorado Lottery, Advent Health, Truly Hard Seltzer, and Twisted Tea.
